Activities

Deployment of home guards for law & order, traffic control and other general duties to assist the district administration whenever requisition received from Superiendent of Police and Deputy Commissioner after obtaining permission from Home Guards Directorate, Bangalore.

Providing selfless service to society to attending law & order duties parallel to Police force at the times of elections, Jathra, Festivals, traffic problems and communal disturbances.

Any school/college/organisation/institution can place a requisition in this office to provide training on civil defence, first aid ,fire fighting and modern warfare.
